Prior to starting Okcan, we met and worked together at Open Government Products (OGP), building national systems that millions rely on — ParkingSG, RedeemSG CDC Vouchers, PaySG, DistributeSG, the gov.sg SMS system, and COVID-19 vaccine operations. That experience taught us how to balance speed with trust, and craft with impact.

Meet Our Team
Pallani is an engineering leader who has led large-scale digital transformations in Singapore's government. He spent 9 years at Open Government Products, where he co-led a team of 40+ public officers across three verticals (Fintech, Scamtech, and AI). At Okcan Software, he brings expertise in building resilient backend systems and AI-first architectures.
Kevan is a systems engineer turned product builder with experience across GovTech, Arta Finance, and education tech. At Okcan Software, he brings a systems-thinking approach to engineering, designing AI-powered tools that make learning and work more effective. He's passionate about solving problems where people, processes, and technology intersect.
